I felt like I was living in wild nature with the great room view, though some cleanliness points were lacking. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, offering a nice experience overall.
The room really made me feel like I was living in wild nature with a great view. It was well-equipped but lacked some points in cleanliness.
The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging 'breakfast bowls' for our early morning departure. However, there was a slight inconvenience as they couldn't find my reservation initially.
The location was as remote as you can get, nestled in lush jungle scenery with a private deck overlooking a waterfall into the Ayung river. The pool area was amazing, but accessibility could be a challenge for those with disabilities.
The dining experience was a mix. The food was tasty and fresh, but there was a delay in serving breakfast, and lunch felt overpriced.
The hotel had great facilities to offer, enhancing the overall stay experience.

The hotel room was full of humidity, making everything wet and uncomfortable, although the bed was incredibly comfortable. The service, particularly in the restaurant, had some rude moments but was generally fantastic with a passionate staff. The location in the Balinese jungle was serene and perfect for relaxation. The dining experience had nice variety but suffered from slow service. Facilities were adequate.
The room was uncomfortably humid, but the bed was cozy.
The service was fantastic overall, with some isolated rude incidents.
The location in the Balinese jungle was calming and beautiful.
The breakfast had a nice variety, but service was slow.
The facilities were adequate for our needs.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and private, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The location, nestled along a picturesque hill, was so tranquil and unique, away from the usual hustle and bustle. The sounds of nature, from cicadas to geckos, added to the peaceful atmosphere. The only downside was the steep hill it's situated on, but the overall experience was truly out of this world.
The rooms were generous in size, very private, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. I would definitely return if given the chance in the future.
The service was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and special. They were always there with a smile, from sunrise to sunset, showing true passion for their work. However, in some cases, they could be a bit intrusive and inflexible.
The hotel's location was not just perfect for a swim but also for enjoying breathtaking views. I even had the pleasure of seeing monkeys playing in the trees. The funicular ride up and down the hill was always a fun and convenient experience. However, being in the middle of the jungle, it's super clean but a bit far from the shopping areas.
The dining experience was fantastic with a great selection of delicious food. The open setting made it even more pleasant, and there was a wide variety of options for every taste, from American and classic to Indonesian. The fresh and unlimited pancakes were a definite highlight.
The hotel's facilities were top-notch and well-maintained, offering everything one could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
